Online sessions in primarily done through Zoom and a meeting link will be sent in advance, which is only for you to join the meeting through the link at scheduled time.
Cancellation by you
Cancellation must be done 24 hours prior to scheduled time, otherwise full cost will be charged. For sessions on Mondays, cancellation must be done latest Friday afternoon (3pm Stockholm time zone), otherwise full cost will be charged.
"No Show" & Delay's
If you don't show up (on Zoom) at scheduled time (within 10 minutes after scheduled start), and/or don't inform about delays, you loose your right to the scheduled time and full cost will be charged.

Cancellation by us
Deva Laya reserves the right to modify or cancel any session if unforeseen circumstances arise. If we cancel, we shall inform you as soon as possible.
Pre-sent films/documentation
Pre-sent films should be max 2 GB in total for the complete film. If the total film size is passing 2,5 GB in total (even with several files), the files will automatically be rejected.
When booking a supervised 1:1 guided session, where you send a filmed session in advance, you have to make sure the video has been received by DevaLaya latest 3 working days prior to the session. For supervision of group; 4 working days prior to scheduled session and for certification session the film must be received latest ONE WEEK (5 working days) before scheduled session. If later you will have to pay half session cost even if the session needs to be cancelled due to lack of film. Journals and pre-edits should also be sent LATEST 48 hours/two working days prior to scheduled session. (Saturday/Sunday and official holidays are not counted as working days.). Make sure your material is marked correctly with your full name.
Remember that prior to your certification session, to also send book reports/DVD reports and peer work reports when applicable.
